Delivery

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location. We carefully review each of our prints with our local printing supplier. Once this is done, you can expect the artwork delivered to your doors in 3 business days in France, 4 business days in Europe, and between 5 to 7 business days for the rest of the world. 

How will my artwork arrive?

All artwork are packaged with care and shipped in a custom-made box made of wood. 

We have partnerships with several carriers to ensure the most cost-efficient shipping option. 

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves.

Will my artwork be insured?

Yes, all artworks are shipped using tracked and fully insured service.

Artworks

Will the artwork contain the artist's signature? 

Yes, all our Fine Art Prints are hand signed, numbered, and delivered with a certificate of authenticity. 

Can I print the artworks from the website?

All the artworks on the website are protected by the Intellectual Property Code, and it is forbidden to reproduce them. 

Can I download the JPEG of the artworks for my own use/commercial use?

How can I place an order?

Placing An Order Online:

You can place an order online by simply adding your choice of artwork to basket and reserve your edition.

When you are ready to complete your order, click on Checkout and you will be taken to our secure checkout process using Stripe, Paypal, credit/debit card, or Klarna. 

All major debit and credit cards are accepted.

Order By Phone:

You can call us on (FR 06 61 13 24 52 / International +33 (0) 6 61 13 24 52) and we will process the order for you over the phone.

Order by email:

You can simply send us an email at anne@galerie-artwave.fr with the artwork you would like to purchase and we can send you the order details accordingly.

What are some ways to discover new art?

We have a weekly newsletter where you can receive the artwork painted during the week. 

On the website, we also propose a monthly curation in which we showcase a few artworks part of a common theme. This curation is changed every month, so you can come back next month to discover a new theme. You can also follow us on social media to stay updated!

Finally, you can see all the artworks published on the website as of today in the section "The Collections" of the dropdown menu. 

How do I try the artwork during 30 days?

We partnered with Klarna to offer a better experience of buying art online. Simply select Klarna at Chekout and choose to "Buy now Pay Later" to benefit from a 30 days trial at home. 

What are the website's browser requirements?

To ensure an optimal experience on our website, please use the latest version of Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Internet Explorer, with a fast internet connection (the artworks, despite the image compression, can take some time to load). 

Can I pay by card?

Yes, all major credit and debit cards are accepted.

Can I pay with Paypal or Stripe?

Yes, we accept payments through both Paypal and Stripe
